Tuesday is strength day and we will be working with our body weight.

As most of you know, all body weight movements can be adjusted and made easier or more difficult.

We must always be able to perform body weight movements efficiently before adding weight.

Always look to bet better!

Here’s what we’ve got…

10’s for 30 minutes

  • pistols 5/5
  • pull-ups or ring rows  5-10
  • Leg curls x 10
  • Push-ups or dips x 5-10
  • ab choice x 5-10
  • cardio choice x 10 calories or Jump rope x 100 revolutions
