Even though Thursday is a strength day, this one has a bit a of an endurance twist to it.

We will do 1 minute work sets with a minute rest and complete 10 sets of the following…

  • single or double kettlebell swing, clean or snatch
  • single or double kettlebell push press or jerk
  • Cardio choice such as jump rope, jacks, burpees, ski erg, bike, rower or run in place
