  • 2 minute on 2 minute off
  • 3 minute on 3 minute off
  • 2 minute on 2 minute off
  • 1 minute on 1 minute off

REST

Then complete this circuit..

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest  x 4 rounds of:

  • Pull-ups
  • Goblet squats
  • Push-ups
  • Abs
