Intervals…
- 1 minute on 1 minute off
- 2 minute on 2 minute off
- 3 minute on 3 minute off
- 2 minute on 2 minute off
- 1 minute on 1 minute off
REST
Then complete this circuit..
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 4 rounds of:
- Pull-ups
- Goblet squats
- Push-ups
- Abs
