Body Weight on the Minute

Hey Training Room family!

Here’s what we have for you on Saturday…

Body Weight Strength on the Minute.

Here are the body weight movements:

5 sets of each movement on the top of each minute…

  • 20 hands behind head squat/ jumps, or Full range air squats ( No drop squats)
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 10 Pull-ups or 20 Ring rows
  • 20 Knees to chest

Do 5 rounds

JV can do 15 reps of each movement

Finisher: 1 minute work 1 minute off x 5 rounds of your cardio choice
