Wednesday is the last day to get in on the Warrior Quad-athlon!
Thursday is strength day, and we’ll be doing a body weight training session today.
As many of you already know, it’s crucial to vary the intensity of our training.
Always stick with the basics!
This is why we are always practicing the basic movements in all of our training sessions.
As you get stronger, you can always make the basics more difficult.
Here’s the perfect example of making the basics more advanced.
Don’t try this at home!

10 rounds of the following body weight training movements…
15 seconds work/15 seconds rest
This should be done as a circuit.
- ring row or 1 arm row
- Pistol or split R
- Pistol or split L
- Ab (do a plank with high tension)
- Cardio choice (keep it simple)
