Is anyone out there interested in learning how to use the mace and jazzing up your training and conditioning a bit!

Here’s your conditioning circuit!

60/30 x 4 rounds
  • 30 seconds jumping-pull ups or feet assisted pull ups /30 seconds m mountain climbers, sit through or crawl options including kettlebell sled pushes in Squan
  • 60 seconds of  Bike
  • 30 seconds skaters or lateral banded steps, 30 seconds of swings
  • 60 seconds of  rowing
  • 30 seconds of crab toe or bicycles, 30 seconds twists or med ball tosses
  • 60 seconds of ski erg
