Hey Training Room Family!

Beach workouts in Avon are still running on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am.  If it is raining you are welcome to come to classes at the gym at 5:15am or 6am.

Tuesday is conditioning day!

Many of our workouts are named after our very own members.  Maybe you will have your own named workout one day too!

The BIG AL INTERVALS:

30 Easy/ 20 Hard/ 10 Sprint x 5

Rest two minutes between each 5 minute set

Here are the exercises:

  1. Row
  2. Bike
  3. Ski, Slam or Sledge (if you choose the later you can do JR/JJ or steps for the “easy” intervals)
  4. Run or Step
  5. Squat Thrust/ Burpee combination (JJ/JR can also be “easy”)/ Superstars can do burpee pull-ups on the 10 sec. sprints

Total workout time: 33 Minutes
