Training Room style High Octane Conditioning consists of a kettlebell or body weight movement with a conditioning interval between each one.

Go through this one time!

  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • Snatch, or clean 10/10
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 10/10 push-press
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 10/10 high box or tire step-ups
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 20 squat thrust
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 20 pull-ups or rows or 10/10 kettlebell rows
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 20 yard walk lunge with your kettlebell or 20/20 alternate reverse lunges
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 20 knees to chest, floor or bar
  • Run, row, or ski 250 or Airdyne 0.3 miles
  • 20 half burpees
  • DONE
