Hey Training Room family!

We will be doing interval strength on Thursday.

Here’s the deal.

We will set up three different stations of 2 movements (couplets)

Do 5 rounds (10 sets) at each couplet and do 2 rounds of the who thing.

Couplet 1

  • Kettlebell goblet squat
  • Body weight row

Rest 1 minute

Couplet 2

  • Press or push press right
  • Press or push press left

Rest 1 minute

Finish with

  • Bear crawl or ab choice
  • Cardio choice

Repeat the entire thing again…

Make sure to set up ALL of you movements with precision.
