Monday is Kettlebell and body weight strength training…

We will be doing kettlebell and body weight strength training couplets on the minute…

Each couplet will be 10 minutes.

Perform the following couplets on the one minute mark.

We will take 2-3 minutes rest between each kettlebell and bod weight strength couplet

kettlebell and body weight strength couplet 1: on the minute for 10 minutes

  • 20 kettlebell swings / 10 push-ups or advanced can do ring push ups or dips

kettlebell and body weight strength couplet  2: on the minute for 10 minutes

  • Pull-ups x 10( beginners use rings ro jungle gym, intermediate use bands, advanced do body weight or 5 reps weighted) / Front squats x 10 or advanced can do 5 reps heavy)

  • 5 minutes of get ups 1 L/ 1 R, or 5 walkouts, or 5 rollouts / 10-15 knees to chest

Finsher

  • 2 person 1000 meter row or ski.
