Hey Training Room Family!

Monday starts the beginning of a new training cycle!

We have a 4 week cycle of new workouts planned for your enjoyment. After the first 4 weeks, we repeat the cycle so you can track your progress and notice improvements.

Many of you like to have the workouts posted so that you can plan ahead and prepare both mentally and physically.  Remember, if you have any injuries or hesitations to do any exercises let us know and we can make modifications.  If the workout seems too challenging or daunting we can scale it down until you feel more comfortable.  So show up and make the most of your time!

Monday’s Workout:

Kettlebell and Bodyweight Strength

Part 1:

1 Minute On/ 1 Minute Off x 10 Rounds

  • Clean and Jerk or Push Press – Single or Double Kettlebells

REST 2-3 Minues

Part 2:

15/15 Couplets x 5 rds (10 total sets)

  • Pull-ups or Ring Rows
  • Push-ups

REST and move to couplet 2:

  • Prison Squats or Squat Jumps
  • Ab choice- with total body tension
