Monday is Strength day and we will be starting off the week with a Training Room classic and crowd favorite.

The Kettlebell strength deck of cards.

Remember, you can take any of our workouts and modify them for both beginner and advanced.

You can always use double kettlebell movements where you choose or even substitute with body weight or more advanced movements where you feel the need to.

We will go through the entire deck using the following basic movements…

Clean
Press
Squat
Row
