Here’s what we’re doing today….

You will need only one kettlebell for this.

Beginners do 4 rounds

More advanced do 5 rounds of the following

  • 20 kettlebell swings
  • 20 mountaim climbers(each leg) or sledge hammer hits
  • 20 air squatts
  • 20 kettlebell push-press (10 on each side)
  • 20 cals on the rower, ski erg, air dyne bike, or 400 meter run
