Hey Training Room family!

We are looking at adding a Sunday class at either 8:30 or 9 AM.

  • 20 calories row
  • 20 push-press 10/10
  • 20 calories bike or ski
  • 20 snatches or cleans or swings
  • 20 burpees or squat thrusts

Complete 3-5 rounds with a 30 minute cutoff.
