Long Intervals

Hey Training Room family!

We will kick the week off with some conditioning.

Pick 3 things and stay on each one for all 3 sets of 1,2 and 3 minutes.

Choices

  • Run
  • Row
  • Ski
  • Bike
  • Jump rope
  • squat thrusts
  • swing/snatch

Here are your intervals

  • 1 minute on 1 minute off
  • 2 minutes on 2 minutes off
  • 3 minutes on 3 minutes off
