Hey Training Room family!
We will kick the week off with some conditioning.
Pick 3 things and stay on each one for all 3 sets of 1,2 and 3 minutes.
Choices
- Run
- Row
- Ski
- Bike
- Jump rope
- squat thrusts
- swing/snatch
Here are your intervals
- 1 minute on 1 minute off
- 2 minutes on 2 minutes off
- 3 minutes on 3 minutes off
