Hey Training Room family!

Thursday is conditioning day and do we have some intervals for you!

Here’s what we’re doing…

Stay on one piece and complete the following intervals work/rest:

  1. 60/60
  2. 60/45
  3. 60/30
  4. 60/15
  5. 60/ done

Rest 1:30 between each piece

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Ski or squat thrusts
  • Run, jump rope or step ups
