Hey Training Room family!

Beach workouts start next Tuesday and will run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 AM in Avon.

Here’s what we’re doing Saturday!

We will set the timer for 30 minutes and let you pick any kettlebell grinding or ballistic movement you want.

We will give you a list of the basics, but if you want to get more creative that’s up to you.

Just keep it safe!

We will go around the room and each person will select the movement they want and will perform with the group for 30 seconds.

We will give you 20 seconds rest before the next person goes.

You also have the choice of different combinations such as clean and press, clean/squat

30 work/20 rest x 30 minutes

Pick from these groups 

Body Weight Movements

  • air squats (any variation)
  • split squats
  • pistols
  • push ups (any type)
  • body weight row
  • pull-ups
  • any plank variation
  • Supermans
  • Bird dogs
  • hip bridges (single or double leg)

Basic kettlebell Grinds

  • Goblet squats
  • split squat
  • overhead press
  • floor press
  • one arm row
  • get ups
  • Windmills
  • Any combination such as clean and press

Kettlebell Ballistics

  • Swings
  • push press
  • jerk
  • snatch
  • Clean
  • any combo such as clean and jerks

Or anything else you can think of.
