You have the option of 2 workouts.

Option 1

Single Sided Statics

60/30 x 4 rounds

  • 1 arm ring row L/R 30/30
  • Single Leg Wall sits L/R 30/30
  • Overhead Hold ( 1 KB racked 1 KB overhead)
  • single leg hip bridge
  • bird dog (you will be shown a few options
  • side plank

Option 2 (more challenging)

Try to perform 1 repetition of each movement for each minute for 4 rounds.

  • Pull-up or ring row
  • Face the wall squat
  • Push-up
  • Leg Curl
  • Janda Sit-up

Finisher: 30/15 x 2

  • High-pulls
  • Drop squats
  • 1/2 burpees
  • Swings
  • Mountain climbers
