Stationary Kettlebell and Body Weight Strength…

15 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest for 10 sets of the following movements.

  • Kettlebell goblet squats or alternate leg reverse lunges
  • Push ups (any kind)
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Kettlebell row (right)
  • Kettlebell row (left)
  • Ab option (any plank, walkouts, rollouts etc…)
