Hey Training Room Family!

Saturday is the MILKMAN’S Birthday!  Make sure you wish that Superhero a wonderful day and give him a great big hug when you see him!  We sure are a lucky crew to have his positive influence, energy and enthusiasm for life and workouts!

Saturday is a Strength and Conditioning Circuit. 

You will complete 4 or 5 total rounds.  

Intervals: 60/30, 50/25, 40/20, 30/15. 

You will be doing 8 exercises alternating between strength (split time halfway between sides) and conditioning (for the full time interval).  Below is what round one will look like:

  • Alternate Ring Rows, Renegage Rows, 1 Arm Rows (30Left/30Right)
  • Bike (60)
  • Step Ups (30L/30R)
  • Row (60)
  • Push up Plank or Push up Variations (30L/30R)
  • Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, Run (60)
  • Ab Choice – Side plank or split two ab exercises of your choice (30/30)
  • Ski, Squat Thrust (60)

Rest 1 Minute between rounds.
