Strength Couplets
Hey Training Room family!
It looks like we will be running our first class in the St Denis Gym on Monday.
We got over there today and tested out the playground with this one and we can’t wait to take advantage of this outdoor space.
Here’s your strength workout for Thursday:
Couplet 1
30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest for 5 rounds of each couplet
- Dumbbell or kettlebell chest press
- Low back extension, hip bridge or suspended leg curl
Couplet 2
- Pull-ups
- Squat holds
Finisher couplet
30 seconds of work /15 seconds of rest for 5 rounds
- cardio choice
- Ab movement choice
