Single or Double Perimeter

Hey Training Room family!

Tuesday is strength day.

Let’s have at the perimeter again!

You will have the option of using 1 or 2 kettlebells.

In Manasquan, we will set this up in the gym and use all 4 corners for each movement that’s done.

In Avon, we will walk around the building through the “Lane of Pain”

Here’s what it will look like.

Use Any carry (farmer,racked,overhead etc..) you want during this workout…

  • Carry your your bell or bells
  • 5/5 split squats
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 press
  • Any carry
  • 10 ab choice
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 single leg deads
  • Any carry
  • 5 walkouts or 5/5 push-up plank
  • Any carry
  • 5/5 rows, renegade rows if you’re using doubles, or pull-ups

Perform the perimeter for 30 minutes and see how many laps you can get.
