Thursday is challenge day.

Here’s what we’ve got for you…

  • 50 calories, 500 meters of your choice , or 250 revolutions on the jump rope.
  • 40 kettlebell swings
  • 30 mountain climbers
  • 20 high box step-ups or split squats (10 on each side)
  • 10 burpees

You should get 4-5 rounds with a 30 minute cut-off.
