Tuesday is challenge day…

Here’s what we’ve got for you.

Triple 8 Challenge

Do 10 reps of each movement as listed

3 different 8 minute AMRAPs

Rest for 2 minutes rest between each one

  • 10 Jump-pull ups or pull ups
  • 10 half burpees
  • 100 revolutions on the jump rope or 50 jumping jacks

Rest 2 minutes

  • 10 High box step-up
  • 10 knees to chest (any kind)
  • 10 calories bike or ski

Rest 2 minutes

  • 10 slam ball or sledge
  • 10/10 Russian twists
  • 10 calories row or 10 shuttle runs
