Triplet Conditioning

Conditioning triplets

Intervals are 30 seconds of work /15 seconds of rest…

We will perform 4 rounds of each triplet with a 2 minute rest between each one

Triplet 1 (30/15)x4

  • Drop squats
  • Mountain climbers or crawl
  • Jumping jacks

Triplet 2

  • Skaters
  • Squat thrusts
  • Crab toe touches

Triplet 3

  • High-pulls
  • Slam or sledge
  • Pegs
