Friday will be conditioning day.
Here’s what we’ve got for you.
Conditioning Circuit
- Row
- Burpee, squat thrust, or ski erg
- Bike
Here are the intervals for each round…
- 2 minutes on 2 minutes off
- 1:30 on 1:30 off
- 1 minute on 1 minute off
- 30 seconds on 30 seconds off
*Active recovery between sets
Total time is 29:30
