Friday will be conditioning day.

Here’s what we’ve got for you.

Conditioning Circuit

  1. Row
  2. Burpee, squat thrust, or ski erg
  3. Bike

Here are the intervals for each round…

  1. 2 minutes on 2 minutes off
  2. 1:30 on 1:30 off
  3. 1 minute on 1 minute off
  4. 30 seconds on 30 seconds off

*Active recovery between sets

Total time is 29:30
