40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds.
Rest a minute between rounds.
- Slam ball
- Agility ladder
- Drop squats, body weight squats or surfer jumps
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Skaters, slide board or lateral step ups
