Tuesday conditioning!

We’ll be picking things up today(Tuesday)with a nice interval conditioning session.

We will warm up with a two round circuit warm up similar to this…

Here is your conditioning circuit…

40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 5 rounds.

Rest a minute between rounds.

  • Slam ball
  • Agility ladder
  • Drop squats, body weight squats or surfer jumps
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • Skaters, slide board or lateral step ups
