20 seconds work 20 seconds rest at each station

Use the GymBoss timer
  • Push press R/L
  • Split squat R/L 
  • 1 arm row or ring row R/L 
  • Knees to chest/sit up and reach 
  • swings or snatches R/L 

Do 20 seconds of work on one side, rest for 20 seconds, then switch to the other side.  Complete 5 rounds before moving on to the next movement.
