- Kettlebell swings 5/5
- Push ups or dips
- Kettlebell cleans 5/5
- Kettlebell presses 5/5
- Kettlebell front squats 5/5
- Pull ups 5-10 or 1 arm rows 5/5
- Walkouts(Regular, Power wheel, or swing set)
