Today's Snatch workout.
15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest for 20 minutes of:
- kettlebell snatches R
- Kettlebell snatches L
- Air Dyne Bike sprints
Do 15 seconds of snatches on the right, rest for 15 seconds, 15 seconds on the left, rest 15, then do 15 seconds of sprints on the Air Dyne Bike.
Repeat for 20 minutes
I kept a 7/7 pace on the snatches with 24kg bell and maintained 85 rpm on the bike
This was pretty challenging.
I'll try to do this one a week and add a few rounds each time.
