Wednesday is a strength focus, and we love our single or alternate limb strength sessions over here at The Training Room.
Choose between either option or mix them up.
The movements will be done couplet style.
60/30 x 4 rounds of each couplet
Couplet 1
- Sinlge leg deadlift or alternate arm cleans
- 1 arm or see saw press
Couplet 2
- Alternate leg reverse lunge or weighted step-up or drop-in
- Renegade row (modified renegade) or alternate arm ring row
Couplet 3
- Ab choice
- Cardio choice
