Conditioning Couplets

Let’s get moving and grooving on Tuesday with these descending interval couplets!

We can’t wait to try them out!

Your intervals for each couplet will be:

60/30, 50/25, 40/20,30/15, 20/10 for a total of 10 Minutes!

Couplet #1

  • Row or run
  • Squat thrust, slam ball or sledge

Couplet #2

  • Bike or alternate cardio (small steps, jump rope)
  • snatch, high pull, or jump pull 

Couplet #3

  • Ski or Jumping jacks
  • Step ups or lateral steps, skaters 

You will rest 2 minutes between each couplet!  These are NEW to the Training Room rotation so let us know how you like them!
