Friday’s Workout:
On the Minute:
Suggestions:
- Beginners 8-10 reps or calories
- Intermediate 10-12 reps or calories
- Advanced 12-14 reps or calories
Here is your Circuit:
- Ski
- Push-press
- JR 80-120, 40-60
- Mt. climbers 20, 30, 40 each leg
- Rower
- Burpees
- Bike
- Cleans
This can also be done as a Circuit 60 work / 30 rest for 3 Rounds
