Conditioning Training Room Style!

Get ready for a solid conditioning workout to continue your week with energy and focus!

We started this week with a great Labor Day workout!  Tuesday brings us back to the daily grind… but this conditioning workout is sure to keep you smooth sailing through the week!

Conditioning Triplets

20 work /20 work /20 work x 3 Rounds

Repeat AGAIN… and then the GRAND finale 1 x through at 30 second intervals!  You’re welcome!
As always… modify as needed and ask for substitute exercises if you are unsure.  Move SAFE!

Triplet 1:

  • Air squats
  • mt. climbers or crawl
  • JR, JJ’s or quick feet

Triplet 2:

  • Swings, broad jumps or tire jumps 
  • Squat Thrusts or Squat Press or Lunges
  • Knees to chest, v-sit or bicycles

Triplet 3:

  • Skaters or lateral small steps
  • 1/2 burpees, push up knee tuck or shoulder taps 
  • run in place, high knees, kick but or shuttle run

Rd 1 (30 sec), Rd 2 (25 sec), Rd 3 (20 sec), Rd 4 (15 sec)

  1. Swings 30secs / Bodyweight Squats 30sec:
  2. Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks or Rope Flow 60sec
  3. Ab choice #1 30 sec / Ab choice #2 30 sec 
  4. Run in place or Marching 60 sec
  5. Chair step-ups 30 sec/ 1/2 burps or knee tucks 30 sec:
  6. Squat Thrust or Cardio Choice

We will REST 1 Minute between each Round!
