- Jump pull
- Dumbbell push press
Couplet 3 (5 rounds)
- Battle ropes or Intertia wave
- quick step ups or agilities
Couplet 4 (5 rounds)
- Squat thrust, slam
- Bulgarian bag
Couplet 5 (5 rounds)
- Bike x 5
- Ski x 5
