Strength Circuit #1
60 seconds work / 30 seconds rest for 4 Rounds
- Renegade, or alt ring rows:
- Walking Lunge, step up, tactical lunge
- See saw press. or alt. 1arm push-ups
- 4. H2H swings, alt. cleans, bird dog
Strength & Conditioning Circuit #2:
30 seconds work /20 seconds rest x 3 Rounds
- bicep curl
- tricep extension
- Ab choice
- Cardio choice
