Strength Circuit #1

60 seconds work / 30 seconds rest for 4 Rounds

  1. Renegade, or alt ring rows:
  2. Walking Lunge, step up, tactical lunge
  3. See saw press. or alt. 1arm push-ups
  4. 4. H2H swings, alt. cleans, bird dog

Strength & Conditioning Circuit #2:

30 seconds work /20 seconds rest x 3 Rounds

  1. bicep curl
  2. tricep extension
  3. Ab choice
  4. Cardio choice
