We had a great time with Project Deprivation this weekend and will be posting plenty of video as I sort it out.
Today is challenge day and we’ve got a new one for you.
This came from our friend Jon Hinds of Monkey bar Gym
We’ll do 5 minutes of joint mobility and a two round warm up to start.
Here’s today’s challenge workout!
Run/Row Farmer walk!.
This can be done with partner or solo.
- Solo: Grab two kettlebells and walk half way around the building (about 125 m), put them down and run around the block back to them. Repeat this sequence as many times as you can in 20 minutes.
- Partner: Partner A grabs the kettlebells and starts walking around the building. Partner B runs around the building until he or she catches partner A. They switch places and continue with this madness for 20 minutes.
Keep track of the number of laps around the block you complete.
Row option
- Solo: Row 250 meters, farmer walk half way around the building, cut through The Training Room and get back on the rower again for another 250. Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
- Partner: Partner A starts rowing as partner B farmer walks half way around the building. Partner B cuts through the gym and gets back on the rower and partner A grabs the bells and starts walking. Repeat this sequence for 20 minutes.
