5 Round Conditioning Challenge
Friday’s Workout is still GREAT despite a small obstacle of not being able to use our indoor spaces.
We have been VERY fortunate to have such great weather since being able to hold classes outside! Let’s use this opportunity to appreciate everything that we DO have! And we sure do have a Conditioning Challenge perfect for Friday!
Your Conditioning Challenge is 5 exercises for 5 rounds!
You can do a traditional Training Room Challenge Workout where you try to complete your rounds as fast as you can. Or, you can follow a timer where you don’t have to count reps! Let us know which one you choose and how you like the workout!
Always maintain good form and technique. You can still get a good workout being mindful of your form. Lets work hard but stay safe. You should feel good when you are done!
Challenge Option #1
Go 5 Rounds AFAP (as fast as possible):
- 500 Meters Cardio
- 40 yards Crawl or 40/40 Mt. Climbers
- 30 High Steps or Walking Lunges
- 20 High Pulls
- 10 Squat Presses
Challenge Option #2
Go 5 Rounds on a Timer – push yourself to get in reps without compromising form:
- 2 min Cardio
- 1 min. Crawl
- 45 sec. High Steps
- 30 sec. High Pulls
- 15 sec. Squat Press
