Go Hard and Go Easy

We will go hard and go easy on Monday’s conditioning focus day at The Training Room.

Pick 3 different itmes to work with…

It can be any cardio machine, body weight calisthenic or kettlebell sport movement.

Some choices include…

  • Bike
  • Row
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Jump rope
  • Jumping jacks
  • Skaters
  • Step ups
  • Sled push
  • Squat thrust
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell clean
  • Long cycle
  • Jerk
  • snatch

You will go hard for 1 minute and then go easy for 1 minute for 5 rounds of 3 different itmes.

Complete all 5 sets before moving on to the next item.
