High Octane Cardio
Thursday is a great day for some high octane cardio (HOC)…
Looks like a nice day for us!
Here’s what it looks like.
HOC Circuit
Intervals are 45/15 x 4 rounds of the following:
- Bike
- Jump pull or high pull
- Jumping jacks, jump rope or run
- Swings
- Row
- Slam or sledge hits (you can also use a mace for this)
- ski erg
- Medicine ball squat press or wall ball
