High Octane Cardio

Thursday is a great day for some high octane cardio (HOC)…

Looks like a nice day for us!

Here’s what it looks like.

HOC Circuit

Intervals are 45/15 x 4 rounds of the following:

  • Bike
  • Jump pull or high pull
  • Jumping jacks, jump rope or run
  • Swings
  • Row
  • Slam or sledge hits (you can also use a mace for this)
  • ski erg
  • Medicine ball squat press or wall ball
