We want to make sure you are improving your fitness.
For those you who “hate” to do “cardio” or do not like the rower, or running, this is the perfect time to get outside of your comfort zone.
Hopefully your remembered what you 2,000 meter row time was from 2 weeks ago, and you recorded it in the comment section below.
If not, make sure you do it today or I will sick The Milkman on you!

Your warm up will take longer then your actual workout today.
Warm up: 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 3 rounds of
- Row or run
- Push ups
- Jumping jacks
Or, you can get on the rower and do 1,000 meter warm up picking up the pace after about 500 meters.

2000 meter Row or Run time trial: Go as hard as you can!!
