Here’s a nice follow up to yesterday’s interval beat down.

If you didn’t feel yesterday’s workout, or didn’t think it was that difficult, you will need to push yourself a lot harder next time.

Today we’ll be doing our Static Strength Workout with a few options.

We’ll start out with joint mobility and kettlebell warm up.

The workout will be 5 rounds of 40 seconds/20 seconds rest with one minute rest between.

  • Static pull up or ring row (keep hands to chest on the row)
  • Squat hold (med ball or kettlebell, keep the elbows in and go to 90 degrees)
  • Overhead walks (kettlebells,dumbells,slosh pipe,keg)
  • Back extension holds
  • walkout holds.
