Couplet 1:
  • Kettlebell front squats
  • Pull ups or ring rows 

Couplet 2:

  • Kettlebell swings (heavy) 
  • Push ups or Power Push ups

Couplet 3:

  • Sit up and reach 
  • Knees to chest or swing set knees to chest
