This is one of our favorite strength protocols.
Start out with some joint mobility and then bust out a kettlebell warm up.
5 sets of 5 reps:
You can circuit though, or do this with a partner.
- Kettlebell push press or jerk 5/5
- Kettlebell (single or double) split squat 5/5
- Renegade row 5/5
- Kettlebell single leg dead lift (single or double kettlebell)
- Get ups (do 5/5, or 5 minutes of alternate arm)
