Do 20 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest
Do 6rds. at each station.
1. High box step-ups L/R ( Hold kb's or db's for extra resistance.)
2. Kb clean and press L/R ( Only use a weight that you can strictly press.)
3. a) Pull-ups or ring rows
b) Med. ball sit-up and reach
