Training Room Family!

Tuesday is our LAST Workout of 2019!  Morning classes ONLY so get in while you can.  If you can’t make it you can always do a little body weight circuit at home, go for a nice walk or some restorative rope flow, stretching or floor routine.  WE have a LOT in store for you in 2020!

You will ladder up & down in Meters or Reps following the circuit below

There are options for Advanced, Intermediate & Beginners

Here are the Ladders in Meters:

Advanced: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 500m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m

Intermediate: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m

Beginners: 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m

Here are the Circuit Options:

  1. Rower or high pulls or Snatch (10/20/30/40 reps)
  2. Bike or jump rope or Low step (50,100,150,200)
  3. Ski or Sq thrust (10,20,30,40 reps)

If it is a crowded class we might use a timer for this workout:

Intervals: 20/20, 40/20, 60/20, 120/20, 60/20,40/20, 20/ Done!
