It’s a good day for Training Room Tabata

Let’s burn some fat.

We’ll start out with joint mobility and body weight movements to wake up the body.

Then we’ll ramp it up with a two round circuit warm up.

Today’s workout will consist of 6 stations.

We will perform 6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station.  Stay at the station until you complete all six rounds.

Take one minute rest between each  6 round station.

  • Rower or shuttle run
  • kettlebell swings
  • Mountain climbers
  • Dumbell push press
  • Drop squats/air squats or box jumps
  • Battling rope variations
