If you don’t have a partner, you will do half the reps on our own.
Partners in Pain: Split all the reps up between you and your partner.
Each person will start out with a row, run, or jump rope.
- 500 meter row, run or revolutions on the jump rope
- 400 air squats
- 300 mountain climbers
- 200 kettlebell swings
- 100 burpees
