30 Minutes of Body Weight Conditioning

Go throught this body weight circuit doing 30 seconds of work/30 seocnds rest at each station non-stop for 30 minutes.

This will be 5 rounds total of:

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Battling Ropes (fast hands)
  • Broad Jumps
  • Half burpees
  • Hindu squats or deck squats
  • Bicycles or power v-ups
