30 Minutes of Body Weight Conditioning
Go throught this body weight circuit doing 30 seconds of work/30 seocnds rest at each station non-stop for 30 minutes.
This will be 5 rounds total of:
- Jumping or kipping pull ups
- Battling Ropes (fast hands)
- Broad Jumps
- Half burpees
- Hindu squats or deck squats
- Bicycles or power v-ups
