Some Long Intervals

Hey Training Room family!

ROW for HOPE is right around the corner and we want you to be ready!

SO therefore, Friday is a conditioning day at The Training Room and we will hit some long intervals.

Work intervals will be 5 minutes and recovery is 2:30.

We will complete 5 total sets on 5 different things…

Pick your 5 from the list

  • Row
  • Ski
  • Run
  • Bike
  • Jump rope
  • Step ups
  • Sled combinations
  • Kettlebell sport (if you’re training for it)

Make sure you sign up for ROW for HOPE ASAP!

We need to get our numbers set for t-shirt orders.
